About this game: Dicey Bugs is a rogue-like, dice‑building bug‑collecting title where you control both sides of combat by choosing one action at a time. Catch bugs, unlock new dice, and freely customize your deck before each adventure. By controlling both sides in battle, you can dictate the order of actions and take full command of the combat sequence. Each die represents an action, and combat only progresses once you’ve chosen which action to take. Capture and recruit bugs—you can weaken and capture them without defeating them. After the battle, you can choose to add it to your party or send it to your collection for use in future adventures. Yes, elites and bosses can also be captured. Customize your team for each adventure by selecting from the bugs you’ve caught, and use your unlocked dice faces to tailor your support dice—then set out on a new journey. Create powerful synergies by combining or complementing bugs, unlocking formidable combo effects. In combat, Wormy’s positioning and the order in which you roll your dice can influence how effects are triggered, giving rise to unique—and sometimes downright absurd—powerful synergies. Collect loot and level up—feel free to visit the shop at any time to reroll or restock, and purchase upgrades to strengthen your deck. After the battle, you will receive permanent stat boosts or additional insect bottles as rewards. The Boss will drop new dice faces, allowing you to further customize your support dice in future adventures.
