The day is coming to an end and Catherine wake up slowly. For decades, the damp air in the basement, always after she opened her eyes, burrowed into her nasal cavity. The smell was nothing, she was used to it, but she always smelled it when she woke up. She lives in a small room in the basement of an abandoned house. At first, some homeless people lived here, so there was some furniture; some of the walls were still pasted with some shabby wallpaper, and sometimes the rustling of insects could be heard through them. When he finally woke up, Catherine stretched out like a cat and sat on the mattress. She doesn't know what will happen today or what she will do. She didn't need to worry about her thirst for blood now, because she had just gone hunting last night and could spend a few days in peace.
