Drifter Utopia Driftopia International Service, the year of the sea 306, the territory of 25 island countries on the earth was engulfed by the surging sea level. Nearly 30 million people have lost their homes and become climate refugees. Just as these disoriented refugees struggle with their own destiny, "Neptune", a huge effort spanning the millennium, lends a helping hand. In the initial phase of this landmark project, a flock of "Kiwi" airships (collectively known as "Kiwis") were launched into the cosmic abyss on the first day of the ocean year. These ships carry the genetic essence of Earth's flora and fauna and are designed to lay the foundation for this distant aquatic exoplanet. The much-anticipated second stage is carefully designed to deploy a myriad of "Neptune" manned spacecraft (called "Neptune") to the aquatic world. As a result, after layers of selection, the first batch of thousands of young pioneers, carrying the survival desire of climate refugees and the dream of mankind to explore the starry sky, went through rigorous tests and embarked on an interstellar journey.
