Discounty is a narrative-driven business simulation game with a single-player campaign lasting approximately 20–25 hours. Run your own discount supermarket! Get caught up in the town’s bustling buzz, plan and design your shop’s layout, strike lucrative trade deals, and expand your mysterious aunt’s business empire. Selling more frozen fries is sure to heal this broken‑down community… right? Step into the quirky seaside town of Bloomchester and take on your aunt’s offer to run its one and only supermarket. Design and organize the store layout, manage inventory levels, handle checkout procedures efficiently, and conclude trade agreements. Befriend local personalities, expand your business empire, and manage a variety of community relations. Leverage every available tool to scale your business, but tread carefully: rapid growth may alienate some members of this close-knit community. Will you chase endless profits, or find a way to ensure that everyone in Bloemkster benefits? Though Bloemkster isn’t exactly throwing you a warm welcome, your aunt has invited you to this run-down seaside town to manage the local supermarket, “Discounty.” But be aware: not everyone wants you to succeed. Make friends or earn lifelong enemies as you explore Blomkyst during off-hours and get to know the locals. Turn them into loyal Discounty customers and uncover the town’s hidden secrets. Design and decorate your own storefront by arranging shelves and products to create a store that is both visually appealing and highly efficient. Design eye-catching, easy‑to‑navigate aisles and incorporate a variety of decorative elements to spark shoppers’ desire to buy! Reaching a trade agreement with the locals: The people of Bloemkaster are not particularly welcoming to outsiders. Win manufacturers’ trust, secure trade deals, and boost Discounty’s profits by selling local specialties! While fulfilling the store manager’s responsibilities, ensure that shelves are always fully stocked, the floor is kept clean and tidy, and the warehouse is organized and orderly. Ring up shopping customers promptly to keep them in a good mood! No one likes to wait… Expand your supermarket into a business empire, reinvest soaring profits, and keep growing stronger! Expand your storefront, stock up on more merchandise, and launch an aggressive marketing campaign throughout the town! Customize your store: the shopkeeper has carefully selected the look and attire, and you can choose a name that showcases your unique personality. No matter what you choose to wear, your wise aunt will always recognize you.
